175g/6oz...this is a fab recipe for flapjacks Kate!<br /><br />175g/6oz demerara sugar<br />175g/6oz butter<br />225g/8oz rolled oats<br />pinch of salt<br /><br />Melt butter and sugar together and add oats and salt mix well.
